PURCHASING PRODUCTS

Brasada Windmills is dedicated to providing our customers with superior service. We can sell you a complete windmill package which includes delivery, set-up, engineering, crane service and permits if requested. Please contact us by either e-mail or phone to determnine which size Brasada windmill you need.

Ordering Your BRASADA Windmill

For Brasada windmills that are larger than a 40ft tower and/or a mill size of 14ft or larger there are special shipping requirements. These towers are to large to be shipped in one piece so they must be disassembled and then reassembeled at the location where it's to be set-up.

Windmill design grade is based off of the customers needs. Both grades are the same design style.

Ranch Grade is the same design but with smaller size timbers and botls. This makes the windmill more economical but maintains a high windload raring.

Commercial Grade use larger timbers and bolts to conform to commecial code. This results in a higher windload rating and also satisfies areas of the country that are in earthquake prone areas.

Delivery and Set-up is available with each Brasada style windmill for an added fee. Current delivery fee is set at $1.65/mile one way which includes labor to assemble and set-up your Brasda windmill. Crane service and anchor holes (or cement piers) are not included.

Payments for Brasada windmills. The Brasada windmills are considered a custom hand made product for each customer so one of the following payment options must be satisfied at time of order; 1) a one time payment in full or , 2) initial payment of 60% and final payment of 40% prior to delivery. Please note once your windmill is ready for delivery if you postpone delivery you will be subject to next available delivery time which does not interfer with other deliveries. We cannot store windmills for a long period of time so if you postpone delivery for any length of time please make arrangements with us. We reserve the right to resale any windmill that has been postponed.

Refunds for Brasada windmills are available as follows. We understand that life happens and sometimes you have to cancel the order and we are willing to work with you. All refunds are subject to a 30% deduction for material handling. All engineering fees are not refundable and will be deducted from any refund. Once the Brasada windmill is ordered a refund will be given after one of the following conditions are meet; 1) the completed windmill is resold to the next customer or 2) the materials to be used for the windmill are sold to the another customer.

Ordering Steel windmills, parts and other products

For Dempster and Aermotor Windmills or Parts we can delivery or ship by freight directly to you. They can also be assembled and delivered for an additional fee. Freighted products are usually shipped same day.

Payments for Steel windmills and Parts. All steel windmills and parts must be paid in full prior to delivery or shipment by freight.

Refunds for steel windmills, parts and other products are as follows. All items returned are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Some items such as special order parts like 60ft steel towers and certain Dempster parts will be subject to approval prior to any refund. Please call for approval of any returned product.
